Glossary of Design View Terminology

Type	Description	View
Plan	2D Overhead wire-frame view of entire room displaying seating, stage set and AV locations
Elevation	2D Front or Side wire-frame view of set and stage for a basic look and rough set dimensions
Perspective	3D Offset Front wire-frame view to give a rough representation of the set look without colour or lighting
Construction	Detailed & Dimensioned views of each set component that can be used to build from
Rendering	Photo-Realistic Presentation Quality 3D Perspective Image to give an accurate look of the setup with lighting and colour.
